I'd just like to point out that -- while Johnny Gage is indeed immensely annoying -- some people, while in times of great stress, especially when they have no control over the situation, will commence with inappropriate, nervous laughter. They can't control it, and they know it's inappropriate, but they do it anyway. That's what I took that for . . . although the writers dropped the ball with the, "He killed Kenny" comment.
